Joined a Gym as my journey starts in a week

As my my transition officially starts on the 15th of Jan I thought I might as well join a gym as I can finally start to exercise when on oestrogen. I have about a week to warm up a little so I decided to goto the gym every morning and evening about two hours every session. I have looked around to a programme suitable to people like me – have found some and combined them all into one programme I call the girly programme. I now need to put together three more programmes to address my weaknesses (been to a gym less than 20 times in a lifetime) which are cardio, posture and core.
