The length of my hair
January 19th, 2013So, I don’t really use wigs that much no more as I never really liked it – and now when I finally getting some length, I’m getting more confident in my own.
Today it is 8 1/4 inches or 21 cm. It has taken me about a year to get this length. Ideally I’d like it to be about four times this length.
I got some hair extensions, but they are clip-ins – if I could convert them to micro rings I’d probably use them. If you know of somewhere in the United Kingdom I can have them converted, please email me on giovanna at wannabegirl dot co dot uk.

New name
September 10th, 2012So for a long time I used to call myself Johanna, which was not my real name, but now I have actually legally changed my name to Giovanna, this is the Italian version. My full name these days is Principessa Giovanna Del Nord, which pretty much translates to “Princess Giovanna of the North”.
A little bit of background: Johan was my given name, it became Johanna (that one was easy!), then it became Giovanna as I like things Italian (like Lamborghinis). Del Nord is my new surname, to reflect my northen European heritage. And Principessa means Princess, this I just added because I’m cool and this is what I really feel like I deserve to be called.
